Hi, I had comments on the EMC rules making people and the BIPT (Belgium FCC) irresponsible autocratic, dictatorial, monopolistic bureaucratic institutions. I never have put in doubt the requirement of rules, only the way they are made-up and reasons behind it. Shiep: is a concatenation in my poor English of cheap and shuut (maybe sh.t)....... My fault.
