I usually snicker at the ones that say " Senior EMC/PS Engineer etc. etc. 
with experience (usually they list an equivalent of 10 years worth of 
experience) etc. etc.  followed by "2-4 years of experience"! In other 
words, they don't want to pay a reasonable salary!
