Your modem must get the EMI and Type approval. We do the EMI test and issue the test report and handling all of type approval process. The answer to your question as follow, 1. Correct! Only Korea importer or your dealer is subject to apply with on its name. 2. Since every process begins (include import license) with Korea company name, impossible to begin with any process unless you nominate one Korea company as the applicant. 3.
