The Shriners Burn Institute came up with 
the following table:

TEMP(deg.F)|  Time to Produce Serious Burn
------------------------------------
120     | over 5 minutes
125     | 1-1/2 to 2 mins.
130     | about 30 secs.
135     | about 10 secs.
140     | under 5 secs.
145     | under 3 secs.
150     | about 1-1/2 secs.
155     | about 1 sec.
-----------------------------------

All I have is this chart, but the Shriners
Burn Institute would be a good place to
look for more complete information.
