The following sites are currently listed by the FCC as
'foreign' test sites approved for FCC testing and
approval in the UK.
The list is updated once a month around the 1st or 2nd
of the month.
I don't know why the FCC didn't list phone numbers.
As far as NVLAP approval, the only foreign labs I've
found are in Canada, Japan, and Korea.
I have found none in the UK.
You may have to contact them to get confirmation of their
certification by fax. Personally, I would.
