Sorry, but I don't know personally. We had to register with them and they put us through the wringer. They audited our labs, and continue doing so annually, to maintain our accreditation. We have never audited their lab, of course, since it's not our place to do so. But I'm sure that it's quite adequate to meet their mandate. The reason that we got accredited there was to make sure that we are accepted in every jurisdiction in the US where there is a legal requirement (most of the US actually has no requirements at all!). LA was just one of them. BTW, the City of San Francisco has something like this too, and so does the City of Chicago.
