I have successfully ordered standards (including drafts) directly from
IEC. You can search for documents and get price/shipping info from
their web site:
http://www.iec.ch/home-e.htm
IMHO this is very useful site for finding documents and their status.

I'd like to get a copy of the draft IEC601-1-2 Second Edition (Medical
EMC).
I've contacted several commercial document houses, and they say the
drafts are normally kept under tight control, and are not distributed.
Where else can I look?
