Please - don't keep me in suspense. What kind of limits are proposed
for Class F?

Even generalities are OK: flat line (a la IEC1000-3-2 Class A and
IEC555-2), 'sloping' limits (IEC1000-3-2 Class D), higher/lower limits
than Class A, etc.
This is even more significant to me than the proposed Class E!
