A) Take a look at the Safety Link (http://www.safetylink.com) where you
will find direct links to all but Austria and Spain among the 100+
included in the "Safety Resources" sub-section.

B) Then drop down to the "Safety Articles, FAQs, etc" sub-section where
you will find a link to; "European Standards Bodies" (32 of them), some of
which test as well as prepare standards.  Full contact info is provided. 

C) And, then, get yourself a copy of Panel Components Corp's "Export
Designer's Reference & Catalog, #8" which has a good listing of the
World's test agencies at the back, complete with addresses, phone, fax,
etc. (Call 800 662-2290 and ask for a copy.  It's free)
