It has only yy-mm-dd and test lab initial. If you have OEM customer or whatever, customer information is none on the label. Your OEM customer apply as the applicant and get the cetri with its company name. If another OEM customer want to get the EMI approval with your products, just apply "Same type approval" and get the certi without test and use same information on the label and put on the products.
