A fast-growing semiconductor equipment manufacturer in sunny San
Diego has openings for up to five (5) compliance engineers ranging from
Staff to Senior level positions. Product Safety will be the primary
responsibility supporting the design of high-power LASER systems with
Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis functions. Basic requirements are
either a strong foundation is Product Safety or applicable design
background in electromechanical machinery. Knowledge of EN60204, NFPA,
Machinery Directive, etc. very helpful, EMC and LASER experience a plus.
