Just a few precautions---

Leakage current values must be measured per the appropriate standard.  Ref
IEC-950 Annex D and G.  An impedance is placed in series with the current
path simulating an adult human body, with bypass capacitors to emphasize
human sensitivity to mid-range frequencies.  Simply placing a current probe
around the green-wire will yield an incorrect result.

RMS currents cannot be added directly.  If you measure several parallel
currents the effective value is the square-root of the sum of the squares.

Finally, check Table 17 in IEC-950.  Different classes of equipment are
permitted different leakage levels, to as great as 5% of line-current for
equipment that is hard-wired, or connected with 'industrial' plugs.
These would require a caution label alerting to high leakage currents.

Industrial plugs are such as the twist-lock NEMA WD-5 L5-30P (USA, 125v, 30A
2-pole, 3-wire, locking) or other uncommon connectors not likely to be
plugged to an 'ordinary' outlet.
