There is cordage manufactured by Da Tung Electric Wire and Cable Plant
Co Ltd in Taiwan which manufactures cordage with UL, CSA and
Harmonized approvals. We are currently specifying a complete
interconnection cord with IEC 320 connectors on the ends with UL, CSA
and European approvals.
The approvals marked on the cordage are:
(UL) SJT E90165 VW-1 75C 18AWGX3C
CSA TYPE SJT 60C 18AWGX3C FT2 LL57855
H05VV-F 3G 1.0MM^2 <VDE> OVE KEMA-KEUR +S FM9 CEBEC IMQ

Hi All,
I would like to know if anyone has found a power cord (with IEC320
connectors on both ends) and a set of plug adapters that would meet the
country of use criteria for a third party certified end product. I believe
the possibility of single cordage meeting both International and NA safety
standards while complying with NEC/Local Requirements to be remote.
Opinions/war stories are welcome. Has anyone tried having a cord
manufacturer obtain approvals for cordage plus plug adapter combinations.
