We are a manufacturer of data acquisition boards. We just received an e-mail from our Korean office stating that they have to register EMI by December for all imported goods, except cables and S/W. They said customs gave them six months to do this.
Our products have been CE tested and registered and are labeled as such, (EN 55022 89/336/EEC). What are these new Korean standards? Are they above and beyond CE? Do we do nothing since we are CE approved? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Mark Urban Quality Manager Data Translation
