Yes.  (I neglected to include this parameter in my response 
to Chris and to the net.)

IEC 950 and its clones require all printed wiring boards to
have a flame-retardant rating V-1 or better.

However, regardless of use of flame-retardant printed wiring
board material, it is far better to prevent overheating in 
the first place.  Flame-retardant materials burn in the
presence of a heat source.  (The advantage of flame-retardant
materials is that they extinguish after the heat source is
removed.)  The purpose of the fuse is to prevent overheating.
