EN 60950 will follow the IEC 950 revision scheme. There will be no 2nd edition, 5th amendment, but rather a 3rd edition. One of the proposed changes in IEC 950 will be a new clause dealing with communication lines that have voltages over the TNV limits. I do not know if the EN standard will adopt this however.
