Hello members, I have been reading some of your comments and suggestions regarding the idea of a single mark on products. I have no objection and I think this will be very cost effective and will simplify our headaches. One thing bothers me and this same thing I have noticed in many manufacturing environment. Many of the attention is focused on the safety aspect of the product. I believe that some of the managers that enjoy reading the discussion of our forum think that long as they satisfy the world of UL/CSA (Safety), then EMC/EMI can take the back burner.
Since this is a forum that serves the emc-pstc I believe that we should make it understandable that we affect one another; and when we refer to "marks" we speak for both emc-pstc. Though as engineers we know that but we should not forget that we have others that share our discussions. Thanks for your time.
