I would like to point out that UL's Summer 1998 Issue of "On the Mark" (Page 
19) discusses Argentina's new regulations and UL services for obtaining 
Argentine approval.  Please be aware that the Argentine system is still in a 
state a flux, as they are going through a "shake down" period for 
implementation, etc.
