Hello,

     Has anyone been testing to the conducted emissions stated in the ETS
     300-132-2 for DC-DC telecom power supplies, which requires
     measurements down to 25Hz; both narrowband and wideband noise.

     1. How is the LISN made? Is it commercially available?
     a. From Fig 7 in the Standard, is that resistor R a "must"? If yes,
     then we need many different values for different EUT ratings!!!;
     b. How about the capacitors, can I use as many as I wish?

     2. What is the best instrument to use/buy for this purpose? Can I
     use the "dynamic signal analyser" to measure the narrow band noise?

     Best Regards,

     Roger Hsu
