Hello everyone, Does anyone know if there is a difference between the Provision of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER 98) and 89/655/EEC. I have been told that they are one in the same but it appears that they are not. If they are not the same, does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of the PUWER directive?
