There is a multitude of equipment required in these test methods. Most of the equipment is available off the shelf from companies such as Solar, HP, EMCO, Fischer Custom Communications, etc. Other equipment such as for Parts 15, 22 and 23 is not to my knowledge, available commercially. You will be looking at a large capital equipment expenditure, not only for equipment but for an anechoic shielded enclosure. Your best bet is to enlist the help of one of several EMC labs in the US that provide test services to DO-160. My employer happens to be one of them. Let me know if I can assist you further.
