Jean-Marie, This is the information that I have (current as of April this year, it may be different now!) The agency in Slovakia responsible for EMC is EVTU. EMC is mandatory, the applicable standard is EN55022. Apparently additional testing is required even if the equipment is already CE marked, but if a test sample is supplied with test results the turnaround time is reduced.
