Richard, The two countries have the same safety and EMC specs for IT equipment, but Australia has 240Vac and NZ has 230Vac systems, so you should get reports that cover both voltages. Australia also has additional regulations for components.
There is a move to harmonise the regulations for the two countries, but currently there are still two separate systems.
