Regarding the discussion of copper planes and aluminum planes. I am setting up a new plane in a new plant. I was considering copper from a safety perspective. I use the same plane not only for ESD but for EFT, conducted emissions (LISN), etc. I have had a problem with aluminum oxidizing so much that there was no electrical connection between the plane and the metal set on the plane. I considered this a safety concern. Any comments?
