As far as Schaffner is concerned, see Page 12 of their new EMC products catalog (690-505A/6/98) concerning their emCell. If clearly says; under Emission testing "TEM-Cell products have limited applicability to radiated testing, as it is very difficult to correlate near-field measurements with far-field ones." It goes on to explain that they can be used to obtain emission-profiles that can then be compared to profiles of similar products known to meet or pass the test limits! So I guess your right and Schaffner-Chase is acknowledging that! Tony O'Hara
