Hello Hari. UL 114 is for the Standard for Office Machines. This standard has not been used for a few years now; it is considered obsolete. It is replaced by the UL 1950, which is the Standard for Information Technology Equipment. This standard covers safety testing. It does not cover testing to EMC.
For EMC, the US requires CFR 47, Part 15, Subpart B for unintentional radiators such as information technology equipment. For telecommunications, an additional CFR 47, Part 68 is required. Regards.
