I would like to make an addition to my previous message.

I am trying to determine whether or not the tests that have been
performed by the board shop we use would be viewed as acceptable,  they
have used IPC-SM-840C and Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 to test their solder
mask (protective coating).  Similar tests levels/durations to that
detailed in EN61131-2 are used but they are not identical.
