Yes, as long as the appropriate paperwork from the agencies concerned shows both company names and both model numbers in the reports. If Company B did the testing, then Company A must make arrangements with Company B to have the documentation changed accordingly. It gets trickier if Company A doesn't want any reference or mention of Company B in any of the documentation to include Company B's model numbers. For instance, FCC Part 15 Class A reports may be changed to reflect only Company A's name and model numbers. The change only requires a change to documentation fee. But, FCC Part 68 reports require a registration on the part Company A with the FCC. I think I have that correct ...
