There are companies that build spread spectrum oscillators. They are very effective in reducing the level of discrete harmonic emissions of electronic circuitry as measured with an interference analyzer with 120kHz bandwidth. The total emissions energy is not changed, but the emissions are spread outside the passband of the receiver.
