You won't find it in generic immunity. Some understandable confusion here may be blamed on the fact that 1000-3-2 is a noise emission test, not a noise immunity test. It appears by reference to the older IEC-555-2 flavor in the generic emission standard EN 50081-1: 1992.
Apparently, with all the excitement engendered by the generic immunity update, the generic emission standard has gone wanting. Maybe someone on the list knows what is going on with 81-1?
