        Subject: US-EU Mutual Recognition Agreement

        Hi compliance folks,

According to the information of the FCC the US-EU Mutual
Recognition
Agreement was signed on May 18, 1998 (see http://www.fcc.gov).
This
        information also says:
"A European Laboratory may begin testing equipment under the DoC
procedure,
provided the Laboratory has been accredited and deemed competent
to perform
tests to the applicable FCC requirements by A2LA, NVLAP or a EU
Designated
        Accrediting Body."

Does anybody know where to find some more information about the
agreement?
Which laboratories in Germany / Europe are already accredited
and deemed
        competent to perform tests?
