In the US and Canada there have been guidelines for user and
installation instructions provided in electronic format and in bulk
shipments. These are CSA Informs No. 6 and UL  Dated Aug. 29, 97.
The CSA paper states that the latest CENELEC decision, safety relevant
doc. has to be hardcopy.
Document OSM/EE 6/97, June 97, page 5/15. decision #95/11. This is right
out of the CSA Informs
bulletin and is for manufacturers using the CB scheme.
