Does anyone know the current status of the In-Vitro Diagnostics
Directive?
I have a copy of the draft submitted by the Commission on 19 April
1995.
"European Community Quarterly Review" newsletter had stated that final
adoption of the directive is predicted for mid 1998. I have not been
able to confirm this date.
Any assistance is appreciated.
