CALL FOR NOMINATIONS To: IEEE EMC-PSTC From: 1998 Nomination committee In accordance with our bylaws, we solicit nomination(s) for Director-at-large on our Board of Directors (BoD) for a three year term beginning Jaunary 1, 1999. Persons nominated for consideration as Directors-at-Large should possess significant technical and professional stature in EMC and should have adequate resources and/or backing to be able to attend meetings and actively contribute to the BoD, including committee activities, correspondence, telephone calls, etc. EMC Society Chapter Chairs may nominate themselves. The future of your Society is dependent upon the election of dedicated leaders. Please submit your nomination form (Word Attachment) to arrive no later than May 30, 1998. The nominations Committee will then prepare a slate of the 12 most worthy nominees representing our Society's global membership.
