Does anybody know how to certify a Short Range Radio Data Link working in the ISM band 2400-2483.5 MHz for UK and France. This Radio Data Link is not spread spectrum.
The problem is that allowed bands in these countries are 2445-2455 MHz (UK), and 2446-2454 MHz (France). Germany and the rest of Europe accept the whole ISM band 2400-2483.5 MHz. Making another design for these two countries is unpractical. May be finally they will harmonize the requirements (same way as it was done for the spread spectrum devices). Roman Litovsky.
