Rebeca,

With respect to your monitor/tv, please be advised of the following:
This device would be classified under both "Class B personal computers
and peripherals," and "TV Broadcast Receiver" according to FCC Rules
Part 15.101. As such, the appropriate procedures that apply are
"Declaration of Conformity or Certification" and "Verification"
respectively. This means that you can have the computer monitor mode
tested as a peripheral to a PC and if passing the Class B limits in both
15.107 and 15.109, you can issue a Declaration of Conformity for this
mode. For the TV Broadcast Receiver portion of the device, it would
still need testing to and must pass 15.117. The testing effort for the
TV portion could either be the responsibility of your company or the
responsibility of an OEM however the case may be. But since the
authorization procedure is "Verification," no filing to the FCC is
required nor can you issue a DoC for this mode. You simply need to
document that this portion has been investigated and found to pass in a
"Verification Report." This "Verification Report" can be a subsection
of a larger "DoC Report (for the monitor portion)" or it could be a
separate report entirely. The bottom line is, once both portions have
been tested and found to comply, you can be immediately authorized to
sell provided the testing was carried out by a qualified lab. Please
contact me should you have any questions.

Sincerely,
