Does anyone know of standards with specific requirements for solid-state relays (as opposed to more general requirements for all relays - usually electromechanical) in any European standards. To date we are assuming application standards like EN 60950 for appliances, computing, industrial controls, etc. or device standards like EN 60255 for relays, etc. would apply - but are there others.
Maybe there segments of some application standards that place limits on leakage currents allowed or other parameters that are critical. The same conditions would apply for integrated controls using SCR/Triac switching. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
