Hello Group, Our company has decided to look into on-site training for all electrical, mechanical and optical engineers (20 to 30 in all) in the field of design for EMC compliance. We had been doing really well under my tutelage but newer designs are taking us into areas of higher frequency and power levels. We would like a more formal approach to eliminate late in the cycle problems. We are looking for a high quality organization to provide some training for our designers. I have one outfit in mind but management wants to hear from several before deciding which to use. I would like to hear from anyone having brought in outside training. I want to know about quality, depth, tailoring to your specific needs and costs. I would also like to hear from organizations that provide this type of training. We are an information technology type manufacturer. We touch on Machinery Directive issues and lasers, but mostly follow the LVD and EMC directives. We ship world-wide.
