Hello Richard,
The CENELEC , being a private (not a official public) organization, does not
have the power to withdraw
any standard from being used for self declaration purposes. The standard has
been
renamed to CISPR-14-2 (EN 55014-2).  Until the new reference has been
published in the
Offical Journal (OJ-C)  you should reference to 55104 in all
self-declarations.
For all other purposes you will have to use 55014-2 f.i. TCF route acc. to
art. 10.2.
This is strictlty a legal matter.
