Hello everyone,
Maybe someone in the group knows the following information.
Which are the electrical safety standards applicable to battery back-up systems
with respect to CE marking? EN 60950 states that it is not applicable to battery
back-up systems, which are not integral part of the equipment.
Is there any concern about the type of batteries employed in these systems? Are
any national environmental regulations limiting the choice?
