Jody,
We currently use a Fluke 41B Harmonics Analyzer to do preliminary
harmonics testing. We have found it to be satisfactory for performing
preliminary measurements.
I was never able to find a reasonable "flicker" meeting for
preliminary testing of voltage fluctuations.
Please let me know if you find one through this forum.

I am interested in purchasing a power analyzer and AC source for IEC
1000-3-2, -3 testing.
