Windermere Information Technology Services, a commercial third party test laboratory (formerly Alliant Techsystems, Inc.) is seeking the services of a product safety engineer on a consultancy (contract) basis for performing Low Voltage Directive product safety evaluations on a broad range of electronic devices. Hands on experience with EN 61010 and EN 60950 is a must. Knowledge of the Machinery Directive will be a plus. It is preferred that work be performed at the Windermere Annapolis, MD facility, but other options may be discussed.
