I am interested in learning more about product liability law and its relationship (or lack thereof) to regulatory compliance and regulatory approvals, and would like to find a consultant in this field. The ideal person would be knowledgeable in this field as it relates to Canada, the US, and Europe at least, and preferably Australia, New Zealand, and Japan as well.
Does anyone know someone who fits the bill? Another avenue of interest would be any books, papers, articles, etc. that anyone can point me to that cover this topic.
