Vitaly,
Annex A of EN55024 is entitled "Telecommunications terminal 
equipment", and Cal's enquiry included those very words. I would 
agree that for many other categories of equipment, immunity is 
covered by other specifications.
EN55024 does not itself define ITE, but refers to the definition in 
CISPR22
Also covered explicitly in EN55024 are
Annex B "Data processing equipment"
Annex C "Local area networks"
Annex D "Printers"
Annex E "Copying machines"
Annex F "Automatic teller machines"
Annex G "Point of sale terminals"
Each Annex includes specific tests and their associated performance 
criteria.
