Bob, Here's a web site for the Bureau of Standards, Metrology, and Inspection (BSMI). Obviously you need to click on the English version. There you will find info regarding the EMC regulations and the BCIQ (Bureau of Commodities Inspection & Quarantine)which handles EMC registration.
