Dear Chuck, I would highly recommend contacting EMC Automation out of Austin, Texas. I have purchased complete turnkey Emissions and Immunity Systems from EMCA twice over the last 10 years and was very pleased with their product. One of their key strengths in that they understand the technical requirements of the standards, so you'll end up with a system that truly meets the requirements (not something to be taken for granted.
