With a modem, life can get complicated very fast. Not only
are there the UL Listing issues, which have been adequately
covered, but FCC Part 15 issues, as well as FCC Part 68,
since the modem connects to the Public Switched Telephone
Network. I always insisted that our vendors of an item like
that do all the regulatory work. Our company couldn't since
we did not have manufacturing control of the product.

If the main product is to be sold in Europe--YIKES!
