Hi Group, Had read thru some mail on the Argentina enforcing safety requirement next year April. But are not sure of the detail. As I do not know how to read Spanish, so the IRAM website is of not much help to me.
Some of my question are: 1) What is the actual date of enforcement? 2) Which product falls into the scope of this requirement? 3) Is there any grandfather period for this enforcement date? 4) Must the applicant for this approval be a local company (distributer)? Can foreign company submit for approval? 5) Upon approval granted, is there a safety mark needs to be affixed? Hope someone in the group could help me on this.
