In the U.S., 19" and 23" racks are pretty much the standard (and don't forget the Bellcore hole spacing), yes?
How about in Europe? I've heard they use 19" and 21" racks (or their metric equivalent). Is one size typical for data applications, and the other typical to telecom applications?
