Anybody have a listing of definitions from the BXA defining which
technologies fall under the National Security heading?
It appears they divide into 4 broad areas: National security, Nuclear,
Chemical & Biology, and Missile Technology. The last three seem pretty
obvious but I need a little more clarity on the first one.
